At Trouver Consulting we wish to add value by offering the foresight, insight and hindsight from those have been there before. Our extended team are people have held the biggest jobs within their sphere of expertise. People who have enjoyed the good times, prevailed in the difficult times and grown business after business throughout.
The Founder, Steven Kirkpatrick has ran some of the biggest and most exciting recruitment businesses over the past 20 years. From the biggest UK recruiter, which he led for over a decade, to acquiring or scaling up specialist technology, education, healthcare, procurement, engineering and executive recruitment businesses and brands. He is experienced in traditional and digital delivery models, embedded delivery teams for RPO and complex contingent workforce solutions (both offsite & onsite). On the purpose of Trouver, he said, "There comes a point when you look at what you have achieved and learned; including the necessary bumps and bruises along the way and think; how do I pass this on and help those in need, right now!? What can we do to help them find the right decisions, to make them and then execute them in the most effective way?
The answer was to build a Consulting business that gets into the detail and sometimes even the weeds. To think about the goal/situation from a Founders perspective, consider the equity risk and not just the opportunity and to truly challenge, in the right way, what is best for the business every step of the way.
The joy I feel, and deep down have always felt, is helping others achieve their goals and potential.
